Initial terms for claimed listings, lead handling, sponsored visibility, and partner-operated service delivery.
Studios, teachers, retreat organizers, and wellness providers are responsible for service delivery, pricing accuracy, safety, permits, local taxes, customer payments, refunds, and schedule changes. bali.yoga is a discovery, lead-generation, marketing, and software platform.
A submitted claim does not guarantee approval. bali.yoga may request additional verification, reject claims, archive duplicate requests, or keep a listing unclaimed until confidence is sufficient.
Leads are routed for partner follow-up. Partners should contact users only for the submitted inquiry purpose unless the user separately opted in to partner newsletter or marketing contact.
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions, images, pricing, schedules, policies, licences, insurance, taxes, safety requirements, and local compliance. bali.yoga may edit, moderate, or unpublish content to protect platform quality.
Premium listings, sponsored placements, area sponsorships, and partner SaaS tools are marketing or software services sold by the platform entity. They are separate from the underlying yoga or wellness service delivered by the partner.
Portal bookings, consumer payments, credits, commissions, class packs, and merchant-of-record flows are feature-gated and unavailable unless later enabled under updated legal, tax, and operating terms.
