Terms of use

These terms define the MVP boundary: discovery and lead routing first, provider-operated services and direct provider payments.

Platform role

bali.yoga is a digital directory, discovery, lead-generation, marketing, and software platform. Studios, teachers, retreat organizers, shops, and wellness providers remain the operators and sellers of their own services.

Direct provider relationship

When a user contacts a provider, any class, retreat, workshop, private lesson, wellness service, product purchase, booking, payment, refund, schedule change, or safety matter is handled directly between the user and that provider unless a future written workflow says otherwise.

Listing accuracy

Listings can include partner-submitted information, admin-managed information, and official Google Places data. We work to keep information useful, but providers are responsible for confirming current availability, prices, schedules, safety requirements, and policies.

No consumer payment collection in MVP

Consumer payments, deposits, credit wallets, commissions, merchant-of-record flows, settlements, and local operations are not available on bali.yoga. Inquiries and bookings are handled directly with the provider.

Acceptable use

Users may not submit false inquiries, spam, abusive content, impersonation claims, unlawful content, or attempts to interfere with the platform. We may remove content, reject claims, rate-limit requests, or suspend access when needed.

Changes

These terms may be updated as bali.yoga adds partner accounts, sponsored visibility, SaaS tools, booking features, or new legal structures. Material product changes should be reflected in updated terms before launch.
