This policy describes the data practices for the bali.yoga digital discovery and lead-generation platform.
We collect information submitted through inquiry forms, claim forms, newsletter signups, click tracking, partner onboarding, and operational admin workflows. This can include name, email, phone, WhatsApp, message content, selected listing, source page, consent flags, and basic technical request metadata.
We use submitted data to route inquiries to the relevant partner, respond to claim requests, operate the directory, improve listing quality, prevent abuse, send opted-in updates, and maintain internal reporting for lead-generation and sponsored visibility services.
Inquiry details are shared with the listed studio, teacher, retreat organizer, shop, or wellness provider only when the user consents to partner contact. Partners remain responsible for their own service delivery, customer communication, pricing, payment handling, and local obligations.
The MVP does not collect consumer payments for Bali yoga or wellness services and does not act as merchant of record. Users pay providers directly unless a future feature is explicitly launched under updated terms.
Some listings include official Google Places data such as business name, address, location, Google Maps URL, rating snapshot, and review count. bali.yoga does not scrape Google Maps pages or copy Google review text.
We keep operational records while needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support partner workflows. Users and partners can request correction or deletion where applicable.
